How to request deletion of your Mango Money account and data

Overview

At Mango Money, we respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how the deletion process works and what data will be removed.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Mango Money app on your mobile device

Navigate to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen

Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section

Tap "Delete Account" button

Read the confirmation dialog carefully and confirm your decision

Your account will be immediately deleted and you will be logged out

Alternative: Email Request

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at:

Please include your registered email address in your deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Deletion Timeline

In-App Deletion: Your account and data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Email Request: We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
